Terms of Service (AGB)

Cancellation — anytime, no minimum term

English: There is no minimum contract period. You may cancel your Member subscription at any time — immediately and online — without a cancellation fee. Open Settings → Membership & billing → Manage billing (Stripe customer portal) and cancel there. After cancellation, no further monthly charges are made. Platform access continues until the end of the billing period already paid for.

Deutsch: Es gibt keine Mindestlaufzeit. Sie können Ihr Member-Abonnement jederzeit sofort online kündigen — ohne Kündigungsgebühr. Öffnen Sie Einstellungen → Membership & billing → Manage billing (Stripe-Kundenportal) und kündigen Sie dort. Nach der Kündigung erfolgen keine weiteren Monatsabbuchungen. Der Zugang bleibt bis zum Ende des bereits bezahlten Abrechnungszeitraums bestehen.

• Test account: The initial test phase is free. No subscription is created until you actively subscribe as a Member.
• Member (2.95 € / month): Monthly subscription, billed in advance. Cancel anytime as described above.
• Premium add-on (9.95 € one-time): A single payment — not a recurring subscription. There is nothing to cancel for Premium itself; the Member subscription remains separate and can be cancelled anytime.

1. Service

Tangent Club provides a private, invitation-based platform for 1:1 video sessions, chat, member pools, and optional Lovense toy integration. The service is intended for adults who use it with mutual consent. We may update features or suspend access for violations of our Code of Conduct.

2. Accounts & eligibility

• Registration requires a valid invitation or administrator approval where applicable.
• You must provide accurate information and keep your login credentials secure.
• One person per account; sharing accounts is not permitted.
• You are responsible for all activity under your account.

3. Membership & pricing

Current prices (incl. applicable taxes where shown at checkout):

• Test account: Free test phase (see User Guide).
• Member: 2.95 € per month — required for ongoing platform access after the test phase.
• Premium add-on: 9.95 € one-time — optional; requires an active Member subscription.

Prices may change for future billing periods; you will be informed before a price change affects your subscription. Payment processing is handled by Stripe; their terms apply to checkout.

4. Billing & withdrawal

Subscriptions renew automatically each month until cancelled. You authorise recurring charges when you subscribe. For consumers in the EU, statutory withdrawal rights may apply to distance contracts; details are provided at checkout where required. After the withdrawal period, the cancellation rules in section “Cancellation” above apply.

5. Acceptable use

You agree to follow our Code of Conduct and Community Guidelines. Prohibited conduct includes harassment, non-consensual recording, impersonation, and illegal content. We may warn, restrict, or terminate accounts without refund where terms are breached.

6. Availability & liability

The platform is provided “as is”. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability. Video and toy control depend on your devices, browser, network, and third-party services (e.g. Lovense). Liability is limited to the extent permitted by law; we are not liable for indirect damages or user-generated content between participants.

7. Privacy

Personal data is processed as described in our Privacy Policy.

8. Changes & governing law

We may update these terms; material changes will be communicated on the website. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance. German law applies. Place of jurisdiction is Bremen, Germany, where legally permissible for consumers.
