Welcome to Tangent Club. As our platform is built on private peer-to-peer (P2P) communication, our community thrives on trust, mutual respect, and technological integrity.
1. Core Principles
Individual Responsibility
Each user is solely responsible for the content they transmit. Tangent Club provides the technological infrastructure for direct connections between participants but does not host or store user-generated media.
No Recording
Unauthorized recording of any session—including screen recording, screenshots, or audio capture—is strictly prohibited. Any violation will result in an immediate and permanent ban.
Privacy & Confidentiality
Conversations within Tangent Club are private. Sharing, leaking, or publishing content or private information without the explicit consent of all participants is strictly forbidden.
Infrastructure Integrity
You may not use our P2P infrastructure for automated bots, spamming, DDoS-like activity, or the distribution of malicious software.
Legal Compliance
The use of Tangent Club for any illegal activities, including the distribution of copyrighted material or child sexual abuse material (CSAM), is strictly prohibited and will be reported to relevant authorities.
2. Standards of Behavior
Respectful Interaction
Harassment, discrimination, hate speech, or any form of abusive behavior will lead to an immediate account termination.
Age Restriction
Use of Tangent Club is strictly limited to individuals who have reached the Age of Majority in their jurisdiction.
No Commercial Exploitation
The platform is for personal use only. Soliciting commercial services, prostitution, or any form of paid-for-meeting arrangements is prohibited.
Technical Manipulation
Any attempt to circumvent P2P encryption, reverse engineer our codebase, or perform “man-in-the-middle” attacks against our infrastructure will be treated as a severe security breach and prosecuted to the fullest extent of the law.
3. Liability & Content Disclaimer
As a peer-to-peer service, Tangent Club does not store video or audio data on our servers. Consequently, the content of communications is beyond our direct monitoring.
Users are encouraged to report misconduct through our designated reporting channels.
We reserve the right to ban users based on IP addresses or hardware identifiers for serious violations.
By using this platform, you acknowledge that you are interacting directly with other users and assume all risks associated with such peer-to-peer connections.
