How do I cancel my Member subscription?

There is no minimum contract period. You can cancel your Member subscription (2.95 € / month) at any time — immediately and online — without a cancellation fee.

Step-by-step

Test account: During the free test phase there is no paid subscription yet — you will not see Manage billing until you have subscribed as a Member. Nothing to cancel before then.

1. Sign in at tangent-club.com.
2. Open your account menu (top right, profile picture) and click Settings, or go directly to Settings → Membership & billing.
3. If you have an active Member subscription, click Manage billing (below the status card). This opens the secure Stripe customer portal. If the button is not shown, you have not started a paid subscription yet — or contact limagno@icloud.com.
4. Choose Cancel subscription (or equivalent) for your Member plan and confirm.

After cancellation, no further monthly charges are made. Your platform access continues until the end of the billing period you have already paid for. Details are in our Terms of Service (AGB).

Test account & Premium add-on

• Test account: During the free test phase you are not charged. No subscription exists until you actively subscribe as a Member — nothing to cancel until then.
• Premium add-on (9.95 € one-time): This is a single payment, not a monthly subscription. Only the separate Member plan is cancellable as described above.

I am a webcam model and want to join a Tangent-Club session while streaming on Chaturbate/Stripchat. How does it work?

If you are broadcasting publicly on cam sites, you can still join a private dual session on Tangent-Club in pristine video quality. You do not need a heavy multi-streaming setup that overloads your Mac/PC.

Step-by-Step Setup

1. Start your public stream in OBS
   Set up your broadcast for Chaturbate or Stripchat as usual in Stream Master (OBS). Click Start Streaming (or “Start All” in the multiple output panel) to take your public show live.
2. Activate the Virtual Camera in OBS
   In the bottom-right control panel of Stream Master, click Start Virtual Camera.
   
   Pro Tip for Privacy: If you don’t want your Tangent-Club partner to see your public overlays or your Lovense video feedback window, click the gear icon next to Start Virtual Camera. Change the Output Type from “Program” to “Source” and select your raw camera feed (Lovense Webcam 2).
3. Connect on the Tangent-Club website
   Open your browser, log into tangent-club.com, and open the Broadcast Panel for your active session.
   
   Under the Broadcast dropdown menu, select Webcam & microphone (no OBS).
   (Note: Even though you are using OBS as your source, selecting “no OBS” tells the browser to process the video directly in the browser instead of sending a heavy server-side stream).
   
   Under the Video source dropdown menu, select Lovense OBS Virtual Camera (OBS) (or your system’s OBS Virtual Camera).
   
   Click the pink Start Camera button.

That’s it! Your computer only has to process the video once. The public cam sites get your full OBS production, your partner on Tangent-Club receives a clean, high-quality video feed, and all Lovense toy vibrations from both platforms sync automatically and simultaneously in the background.

Will my partner on Tangent-Club hear my OBS audio, or do I need to start the microphone in the browser?

It depends on your streaming method! If you connect to Tangent-Club using the Virtual Camera, it only transmits video, not audio. You must click Start Micro in your Tangent-Club browser window so your partner can hear you. However, if you are using the OBS Studio (WHIP mode), your audio is sent directly from OBS — in this case, keep the browser microphone turned off to prevent echoes.

My partner is controlling my toy on Tangent-Club, but it isn’t vibrating. Why?

Please check the Rules tab in your Lovense Chrome extension. If the Basic Levels option is set to ON, the extension blocks direct motor commands from Tangent-Club. Make sure that Basic Levels is strictly set to OFF for Tangent-Club. Use the Local Test sliders on the website to verify the connection.

What happens if my Chaturbate audience and my Tangent-Club partner trigger my toys at the same time?

Don’t worry, the signals will not conflict! Lovense follows a “Highest Level Wins” policy. If your partner has your toy running on a gentle level 3 and a viewer on Chaturbate sends a tip for level 10, the toy will immediately jump to level 10 for the duration of the tip. Once the tip ends, it automatically drops back to your partner’s level 3.

Why do my toys suddenly stop reacting to Chaturbate/Stripchat tips while I am on Tangent-Club? (Chrome Memory Saver)

The Issue

Although the Lovense Chrome extension is capable of monitoring multiple cam sites simultaneously in the background, Google Chrome features an aggressive built-in setting called Memory Saver. If you are focusing on your active Tangent-Club session, Chrome will eventually flag your background tabs (like Chaturbate or Stripchat) as “inactive” and freeze them. This cuts off the live chat data feed, and the extension stops registering your incoming tips.

The Solution: Keep your cam sites permanently active in Chrome

You can easily prevent Chrome from putting your streaming tabs to sleep by adding them to an exclusion list:

1. Open Google Chrome, click the three dots (menu) in the top-right corner, and select Settings.
2. In the left-hand sidebar menu, click on Performance.
3. Look for the Memory section and find the setting labeled “Always keep these sites active”.
4. Click the Add button on the right and enter your streaming platforms (e.g., chaturbate.com, stripchat.com, and tangent-club.com).

The Result: Chrome will now keep these tabs fully running in the background. Your live chat connections will remain uninterrupted, ensuring your toys react instantly to every single tip, no matter which tab you are currently looking at.

Why is the “Join Session” button not turning green for my partner even though I am online?

Your partner cannot join until you officially start the session in the system. Go to Setup, add your partner under Partner for this session (double-click their card in the Member Pool), then click Start instant session. The Join Session button on your partner’s screen will only turn green once your camera feed is actively running on the site.

Can I rotate my OBS video to portrait mode (90°) in Stream Master without ruining the view on Tangent-Club?

Yes, absolutely! If you use the Virtual Camera, it mirrors exactly what is displayed on your OBS canvas. If you rotate your camera 90° in OBS for a vertical layout, your partner on Tangent-Club will see you perfectly framed in portrait mode, just like your viewers on Chaturbate.

I turned on my new Lovense toy. Why can’t my partner see it in the Remote Control menu yet?

This is usually due to a minor sync issue with the browser extension. Tangent-Club detects your toys completely automatically as long as they are active in your Lovense Connect App. If a toy doesn’t appear, simply click the Retry extension connection button in the Local Test (your toys) section (if shown), or reload the page (Cmd + R on Mac / F5 on PC). This instantly forces the system to scan and refresh your active toy list.

The live chat on Tangent-Club is too small or blocks my video feed. Can I move it?

Yes, the entire user interface is flexible! You can drag the Messages panel (chat window) by its top title bar and reposition it anywhere on your screen. You can also drag the corners or edges to resize the window so it fits your monitor layout perfectly.

How do I know during a stream if my partner clicks a technique request (Playbook action)?

Every time your partner clicks an allowed action in the Play Mode tab, a notification pops up instantly in your Live Chat history. To ensure you don’t miss a request, you can also assign a Request sound (like a Harp) in your playbook settings. This plays an audio cue whenever a new preference is selected.

After ending a session, the chat history and playbook selections disappeared. Can I recover them?

No, this is by design for privacy reasons. As soon as you or your partner click the Clear partner button in the Partner for this session box, or close the session entirely, the temporary cache is wiped clean. The chat history and active Play Mode requests are instantly reset and permanently deleted.
